Initially, Don and Opal produced and hosted the FLYING HIGHER television program which began with one program weekly, whose borders enlarged to a daily program and which aired in many states and eventually around the world.
In January 1995, led by the SPIRIT, Don and Opal opened The PRAISE and WORSHIP Center in North Knoxville. They relocated to West Knoxville in September 1996 and to inner city East Knoxville in March 1997. At each location unused buildings, in need of restoration, which had been closed for approximately two years each, have been opened and restored to service for the purpose of Kingdom building.
They are on a mission and divine assignment to expose traditions of the elders which make the WORD of GOD of no effect and to expose and pull down strongholds of the enemy, so that captives may become free.
They believe in miracles, signs and wonders because they believe in GOD! Don and Opal have experienced, and continue to experience, miracles, signs and wonders, not as something uncommon or unusal, but rather as the 'NORM'.
Their vision is ‘Changed Lives’ with the manifestation of fruit that remains.
The anointed LIFE GIVING WORD they share reveals that all who receive JESUS as Saviour may enjoy the LIFE more abundantly, to the full, to the overflow that HE came to provide. (John 10:10)
Don and Opal have been brought to the kingdom for such a time as this to share that GOD does not change (Malachi 3:6), and that HE has no respect of persons (Romans 2:11).
They are witnesses that anyone can "FLY HIGHER" than any circumstance or situation, if they allow GOD to perfect HIS PERFECT SPECIFIC PLAN 'A' in their life.
